Bought up 1 size as other reviewers suggested. That was good advice. Wearing these for indoor rowing (30-45 minutes/day), kettle bell routines, and assault bike workouts. The shoe is functioning very well in each of these regiments. A good drop, flexible, enough room inside the shoe (took some getting used to), and strong floor/pedal grip. Eliminating foot blisters and foot tingling phenomena I was suffering with other training shoes. Not sure if that is a result from the shoe design or the larger fit. Either way, this shoe is providing an improvement over previous training shoes.
