We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on nobullproject.com for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Gift cards and items labeled “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

See our Returns & Exchanges FAQs for full details. If you receive a damaged or defective item or experience a quality issue, please contact our Customer Service team for help. 

 

Tips for Easy Returns:

  • Try on new items indoors to maintain their original condition. All items, including any extra laces provided, must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Defective items may still be accepted if worn.  
  • Include shoe boxes, packaging, and labeling undamaged with your return. 
  • Items purchased on nobullproject.com must be returned through our website. 
  • Items purchased at a NOBULL pop-up retail location must be returned during the pop-up event where purchased. Items must include the attached NOBULL tags and/or original shoe box and be accompanied by the original store sales receipt. 

 

Please Note: International customers can return items but cannot make exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, simply return your original item and place a new order. 

NOBULL is not responsible for untracked, lost, or damaged returns in transit.
