Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN & Exchange Policy

Follow these easy steps to process a free return or exchange, within 30 days of delivery:

Item should be in "new" condition. Footwear shouldn't be worn outside and apparel needs to have hang tags attached. Email our customer service team ( and use "Return" or "Exchange" and YOUR ORDER NUMBER as the subject line.

In the case of an exchange, provide the new size you would like. In the rare case of a product defect, please include photos of the problem. We will issue a prepaid label. 

Given the high demand of customer service emails, please allow for 24 hours for a response, although most inquires are returned in the same day.
