Pumpkins provide plenty of fiber, potassium, and vitamin C—all of which support heart health. Throw in a banana for potassium, magnesium, and vitamin B6. Add one scoop of Vanilla TB12 Plant-Based Protein, and finish it off with cinnamon, nutmeg, and 100% pure maple syrup. So good, you’ll want to drink it all year long.
Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup Greek-style almond milk yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon 100% pure maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 scoop Vanilla TB12 Plant-Based Protein
