Your Questions. Our Answers.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery—even if you've trained in it, lived in it, or tested it out. See here for details.

Are NOBULL products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all products have a 1-year warranty. If your item is defective or isn’t performing as it should, please contact our Customer Service team to begin the process of getting a replacement.

Do your shoes work for wide feet?

Our shoes are built for foot ergonomics and use an anatomical last. This provides a more natural toe box and allows for greater toe splay than traditional sneakers. The best NOBULL shoe for wide feet is Outwork OG and Edge.

How long should a pair of NOBULL shoes last?

NOBULL is known for durability, and our training shoes are built to consistently outlast comparable models from other brands while maintaining performance.

How long does shipping take?

You will be able to choose from shipping options at checkout to ensure your order arrives when you need it. See here for details.

Who are NOBULL products made for?

NOBULL products are made for people who train — whether that means workouts, movement, or everyday life. If you’re committed to getting better, they’re made for you.

Are NOBULL products tested by athletes?

Yes. Our products are designed with athlete input, and tested by both athletes and trainers who put them through real work.

How is NOBULL different from other training brands?

We focus on durability, versatility, and function over trends. No gimmicks, no shortcuts — just gear built to work.

How much break-in should I expect?

Most of our shoes are designed to perform right out of the box. Certain more durable Outwork materials may take 2–3 workouts to feel fully broken in and softened as it molds to your foot.

Can I use orthotics or custom insoles with NOBULL shoes?

Yes. Our shoes are compatible with most orthotics and custom insoles.

How do I know which NOBULL shoe is right for me?

Check out our blog for help choosing the right pair for you: https://nobullproject.com/blogs/nobull-blog/the-expert-s-guide-to-gym-shoes

How do I clean my NOBULL shoes?

We recommend wiping with a damp cloth or spot treating first. For all our shoes besides those with PEBAX midsoles (Drive & Journey), you can also toss your NOBULLs in the washing machine on a cold cycle. Just make sure to remove the sock liner first. Skip the dryer—heat and shoe glue don’t mix. Air dry only.

Cut to the Chase
Customers say these shoes are incredibly comfortable and versatile for everyday wear, workouts, and casual activities. The knit upper feels soft and flexible with excellent support, and many appreciate the lightweight design and sleek aesthetic. Users frequently mention the easy slip-on fit and durability, with repeat purchasers noting they've bought multiple pairs. Most find them true to size, though some suggest sizing up half a size. A few note concerns about breathability in warm weather or minor construction changes in recent versions.

    Great Travel Workout Shoe

This is the perfect travel all around workout shoe. I travel for work and always workout. But to avoid having to check a bag you have to be strategic in your packing. Its first a great

Comfortable cross training shoe and it fits into a ziploc bag and goes flat. I highly recommend shoe with the sock like feel and great cushion sole. For all those travel warriors who workout daily like me. This is the shoe I have 8 pairs in different colors. Bring back the white with the granite combat camouflage sole please.

    Great Looking and Extremely Comfortable

I purchased the NoBull Triple Black Men’s All Knit sneakers and I’m extremely happy with them. They look even better in person—the all-black design is clean, sharp, and goes with pretty much everything.

The knit material is lightweight and comfortable, and the shoes fit great right out of the box. They have a premium feel while still being comfortable enough to wear all day. I especially like that they can be worn casually with jeans or shorts but still have that athletic look.

Definitely one of the better pairs of sneakers I’ve purchased. Great combination of comfort, quality, and style. I would absolutely buy another pair.
