i love my new recs knit shoes! i've worn them to the gym non-stop! i wear a 7 shoe, but got an 8 in this and it's perfect. i highly recommend these shoes for weight lifting, body pump class or walking.

I am pleased with the look and color, I did find my feet felt tired at the end of day. That was first day of wear and I had worked out so I also feel this was part of the feeling.
Overall I'm happy with them and will wear both weight training and for fun.
