September 23, 2024 – September 27, 2024. Enter to win NOBULL Prize Pack (including one pair of NOBULL sneakers, one NOBULL top, and one NOBULL hoodie or crewneck), one NINJA Blast and one NINJA CREAMi.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Please read these rules (“Official Rules”) before entering the sweepstakes, giveaway, or promotion (“Sweepstakes”) offered by NOBULL, LLC. (“NOBULL,” “us,” "we", “our” or "Sponsor"). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Sweepstakes eligibility requirements. The term “you,” as used in these Official Rules, means any person who submits an entry. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
SharkNinja Operating LLC (“NINJA”) is a co-sponsor of the Sweepstakes and a provider of the NINJA Blast and NINJA CREAMi prizes.
DATE OF SWEEPSTAKES: September 23, 2024 – September 27, 2024.
HOW TO ENTER. To enter, using your valid Instagram account, (1) follow NOBULL on Instagram @NOBULL; (2) follow NINJA on Instagram @ninjakitchen; and (3) like and comment on NOBULL and NINJA’s collaborative Instagram post promoting the Sweepstakes between 9:00 AM Eastern time on September 23, 2024 and 11:59 PM Eastern time on September 27, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). If you already follow @NOBULL and @ninjakitchen, on Instagram, you are only required to like and comment on NOBULL and NINJA’s collaborative Instagram post promoting the Sweepstakes by the time and date referenced above. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected entries, or for computer or computer network errors at any point. Use of automated devices or “bots” is prohibited. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent these Official Rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor. One entry per person. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
Please note: by entering the Sweepstakes, you are providing your entry information to NOBULL and NINJA, and you acknowledge and agree that your personal information will be used in accordance with the privacy policies of the Sponsor and NINJA. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, personal information collected by the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Terms of Use, Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy.
ELIGIBILITY: If you are an individual legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are 18 or older at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s and NINJA employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and Sponsor’s and NINJA’s affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or its agents, which are final and binding in all respects.
DRAWING AND PRIZE REDEMPTION: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on Monday, September 30, 2024 from all eligible entries received. The random selection is final and binding. Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit one prize package per person. Awarding of prizes will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will notify the winner(s) by tagging the winner(s) on Instagram and sending a direct Instagram message within 7 business days of the drawing. To claim prize, Winner(s) must respond and acknowledge the prize within 2 business days of the notification and must provide information necessary for Sponsor to fulfill the prize, including but not limited to: mailing address, sizing preferences, and colorway choices. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 2 business days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Winner(s) may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility to claim a prize and/or a publicity/liability release. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes will only be shipped to a U.S. mailing address provided by the winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if the specified prize components (e.g., size, colorway) are unavailable.
PRIZES: The winner will receive the following prize package:
- One (1) pair of NOBULL sneakers
- One (1) NOBULL top
- One (1) NOBULL hoodie or crewneck
- One (1) NINJA Blast
- One (1) NINJA CREAMi
*Sizing and colorways to be mutually agreed upon between Sponsor and winner, subject to item availability.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of each prize. Where required by law, each winner will be issued a 1099 tax form and affidavit following receipt of the prize for the actual retail value of the prize and will be required to provide Sponsor with his or her Social Security number and other required personal information for purposes of the same.
Prizes are subject to availability. Limit of one (1) prize package per person/household. In no event will more than the stated prize be awarded. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s option, including Sponsor’s right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. No more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. The prizes will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). No compensation will be provided for any prizes that are not able to be awarded to a prize winner.
TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES (ALL PRIZE PACKAGES): $580
ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. All entries will be treated equally, and the winner(s) will be selected at random through a fair and impartial drawing process. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. The random selection process will ensure that every eligible entry has an equal chance of being chosen.
PUBLICITY OF WINNER. The winner(s) may be tagged by Sponsor and NINJA in social media posts announcing the winner(s) and featured on Sponsor’s NINJA’s Instagram stories and other social media platforms. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a Winners List (as defined below), unless prohibited by law.
ADDITIONAL TERMS: We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, misconduct, or other technical failures or causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, postage due, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; (y) acting in violation of these rules; or (z) cheating or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. If any technical errors occur in the selection of a potential prize winner or if more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes being awarded as provided in these Official Rules, we may award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible entrants. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.
MISCELLANEOUS. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without reference to its conflicts of law rules. The Sweepstakes and all accompanying materials are © 2024 by NOBULL, LLC, and its affiliates. All rights reserved. If you win a prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash. We may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. By accepting the prize, each winner agrees (for himself or herself and his or her heirs) that NOBULL, NINJA, along with their respective affiliates and agents, will have no liability, and will be held harmless by the winner for any liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the Sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence. Any claims arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize may be brought only in a federal or state court in Massachusetts. If any provisions of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. You agree that our decisions related to the Sweepstakes and all drawings are final. Each winner agrees that, by participating in the Sweepstakes, we, and NINJA may use the winner’s name, image or likeness in any manner and in any medium for our promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law, including but not limited through social media. You acknowledge and agree that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta or Instagram, and that you completely release Meta and Instagram from any and all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes.
WINNERS LIST: Each winner’s first name and last initial will be available after each winner has been notified and their eligibility confirmed (“Winners List”). To receive a copy of the Winners List, please send an email to haileynolin@nobullproject.com. The list will be emailed to those that request it, so please make sure you include your email address.
