What do I need to verify?

It depends on the group. Some can verify instantly, others may need a quick document upload. You’ll find what’s needed for your group here.p

You can reach out to SheerID directly here. They typically reply within a few days.

How do I get my discount? 

Log in to the account you verified with. Your discount will automatically apply to eligible items - no code needed.

What does the discount apply to?

Most items on nobullproject.com. Gift cards and a small number of excluded items won’t qualify. If you're logged in, discounted pricing will show automatically.

How often can I use it?

As often as you shop (for personal use only). If we see misuse (like bulk buying for others), the discount may be removed.

Do I need to re-verify?

Yes, once every 335 days. After that, log in to your verified account and your discount will still apply automatically.

What’s SheerID?

Can I combine this discount with other promotions? 

The community discount cannot be combined with other promotions. If a site-wide promotion offers a better deal, it will apply automatically.

I don’t see my job title listed - am I still eligible?

I’m a military family member. Can I join? 

Yes, spouses and dependents with proof of status can qualify under the Military Family category. Please see accepted statuses on SheerID’s Help Center.Gold Star families may need documentation like a DD1300 casualty report showing your relationship to the service member.

What if I’m uncomfortable uploading my ID? 

Verification is handled securely by SheerID. Your info won’t be shared or used for anything outside of confirming eligibility. You can learn more about their privacy practices here.
